We provide clinical physical therapist services with an emphasis on transition from rehabilitation to lifelong health and wellness. As we journey through life, we accumulate injuries. Addressing muscle and joint problems promptly prevents them from becoming chronic, reoccurring injuries or getting in the way of our desired lifestyle and goals.
We provide personal, collaborative care to restore, maintain and enhance a health-focused lifestyle by including services such as fitness physicals and exercise prescription with state-of-the art physical therapy and other advanced manual therapies. We work closely with physicians, athletic and personal trainers, and wellness resources on campus and in the community.
Our goal is to help you work towards a healthy lifestyle that works in your schedule and focuses on your individual desires and needs.
We have rebranded and moved!

Adam J Sears
LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)
Adam approaches massage therapy as a way to build up and support the wellbeing of our community, one person at a time. He believes in providing a caring, confident and responsive touch to every client that comes to his table. Adam’s intuitive sense of flow, timing, and understanding of the human body translates well in his work with deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point therapy, and other soft tissue manipulation techniques. Adam is adept in Swedish massage, a modality that promotes relaxation and healthy circulation. He can also utilize Reiki subtle energy techniques to complement massage treatment sessions. He feels it is important to maintain a client-centered, professional practice that upholds a warm and receptive energy.
Since graduating from the Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana in Missoula, Adam has enjoyed developing his experience in the massage field. He also holds a Master of Music degree in piano performance from the University of Montana. Being a pianist and private teacher has informed many aspects of his approach to massage therapy. Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing piano, cooking, foraging in the outdoors, gymnastics, woodworking, and living with his wonderful fiancée and puppy.

Rachel Murphy
LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)
Rachel Murphy was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She has always enjoyed making connections with people and finding how those connections extend to the world around us. The journey of being a massage therapist has been just that, and she is honored to be a part of the process of healing for people. Rachel likes to take a myofascial approach in massage because she believes that the body is a whole before it is individual pieces. Although Deep Tissue techniques are her specialty, she also greatly enjoys working with the subtleties of the body with the use of modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. When Rachel is not doing massage, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two kitties, reading and studying, making music, sitting by the river, and exploring nature.
