Dry needling
The use of solid filament needles inserted through the skin and into the muscle to release painful myofascial trigger points. Dry needling results in tissue release allowing for improvements in movement and decrease in pain. It is called “Dry” Needling because there is no solution injected.
Post concussion rehab
the use of manual therapy and guided exercises to reduce the effects of concussion and decrease recovery time. Common side effects of concussions are headaches, fogginess, dizziness, sensitivity to light and sound, decreased endurance, and impaired performance.
Massage Therapy
Our Certified Neuromuscular Therapist blends this highly effective modality with Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Muscle Activation Technique and Thai Therapeutic Massage to bring about long lasting pain relief.

Dry Needling
Dry Needling (Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling) is the use of either solid filiform needles (also referred to as acupuncture needles) for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome, characterized by sore, tight trigger points in muscles.
Joint Mobilization and Massage-Mobilization
Joint Mobilization and Massage-Mobilization is a controlled process of articular and soft-tissue (myofascial) stretching intended to improve bio-mechanical elasticity. Massage is typically the repetitive rubbing, stripping or kneading of myofascial tissues to principally improve interstitial fluid dynamics.
Instrumented Soft Tissue Massage
Enables clinicians to detect and effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions, as well as maintain optimal range of motion by using specialized tools.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound is a method of stimulating the tissue beneath the skin’s surface using very high frequency sound waves to a healing area to reduce pain, increase blood flow and soften scar tissue.
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) or neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses. EMS is a strength training tool for healthy subjects and athletes, a rehabilitation and preventive tool for partially or totally immobilized patients, a testing tool for evaluating the neural and/or muscular function. TENS, or transcutaneous electrical stimulation uses sensory only electrical stimulation to reduce pain.
Game Ready Cold Compression Therapy
Cold Compression combines two of the principles of R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) to reduce pain and swelling from a sports or activity injury to soft tissues and recommended by orthopedic surgeons following surgery. The therapy is especially useful for sprains, strains, pulled muscles and pulled ligaments.
Cold Laser
Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a form of alternative medicine that uses low-level (low-power) lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to stimulate cell function.
Vestibular Rehab
Exercise-based program primarily designed to reduce vertigo and dizziness, gaze instability, and/or imbalance and falls.
Yoga therapy
The application of yoga techniques including physical postures, meditation, and breathing to address various physical ailments.
